PD01 PRACTICAL BEHAVIOUR THERAPY
An Advanced Award in practical behaviour therapy.

Due to the advanced nature of this programme it is only available to those students who have successfully completed the COAPE Advanced Diploma and provides students with practical skills in behaviour therapy. The course provides students with opportunity to study and develop a range of practical skills in behaviour therapy.

The course takes place over two days in the autumn at a venue to be confirmed in the South Yorkshire area. Refreshments are provided.

  • Marketing your practice
  • Management of severe behaviour problems, such as aggression such as aggression towards people and other dogs
  • How to carry out a consultation
  • Practical assessments of common behaviour problems
  • Practical applications of treatment plans
