FAB15 DIPLOMA
Diploma in Expert Feline Friendly Nursing
Suggested level: Qualified VN

Written and tutored by members of FAB’s Feline Expert Panel, Behaviour Panel and COAPE.

OCN Accreditation - Diploma: equivalent to University study at First Year Degree Level, earning 42 credits at Level 4. Click Here for details of accreditation.
This Expert Level course is available to nurses who have completed the Advanced Level course and have their feline friendly credentials.

The Expert Level course is set at OCN level 4 and is classed as a Diploma (first year university level). Nurses who successfully complete the course will be eligible to join the International Society of Feline Medicine (ISFM) Academy of Feline Nurses. The course begins every February (registrations by January 15 at the latest) and students have 2 years to complete it.

Note that successful students automatically fulfil the qualification requirements for the CDP COAPE Diploma Course.

Course Format:
Each Unit of the course notes is e-Mailed out to students as a separate e-Book. Students also have access to the FAB Student Resource Centre where additional support and course material are available online. The Resource Centre gives you access to a range of rich media content to complement the formal course notes, including video, sound, graphics and pictures, web links, and additional written content.

We supply you with a specially designed ‘template’ on-line to assist you in writing your coursework using your own computer and preferred word processing software. Your coursework is submitted to your tutor via the internet, marked and returned back to you the same way.
