What the student will learn

This course is recommended for all newcomers to the field of animal behaviour, animal welfare, nursing and training, pet owners and anyone interested in finding out more about this popular subject. The course introduces delegates to a wide range of relevant topics including:

Pets and society - relationships.
Referrals, behaviour therapy in veterinary practice/rescue societies etc.
Equipment, techniques and how to approach problems.
Owner demands, client relations and motivation, and counseling techniques.
Behaviour problem, problem prevention, common case histories.

Course Type:	Held annually in Salisbury, Wiltshire. Next course March 15th, 2009 at the Sarum College.
